4/1/10 - In the small town of South Hadley, Massachusettes six teenagers were charged with felonies and three more were charged as juveniles in connection with the bullying and eventual suicide of 15 year old high school student Phoebe Prince. School officials have not been charged in the case, and the District Attorney office does not plan on filing charges. However, parents are up in arms and want school administers to take responsibility.
