Alternatives 2012 to Be Held in Portland, Oregon: Start planning to attend Alternatives 2012, to be held October 10-14 at the Marriott Downtown Waterfront in Portland, Oregon! The conference will be organized by Peerlink National Technical Assistance Center and funded in part by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
